Fork of Loading and Parsing CSV Data

This example demonstrates how to fetch and parse a remote CSV file in the browser using the Fetch API. It retrieves a named color dataset from a GitHub-hosted CSV file and logs the raw text output to the browser console. The page loads an external URL asynchronously with `fetch()`, then processes the response using the `.then()` method and the `response.text()` method. No data visualization is rendered; the example focuses solely on the initial step of loading and inspecting CSV data for debugging purposes.

Loading and Parsing CSV Data

This example demonstrates the initial stage of loading and parsing external CSV data for visualization. The page fetches a CSV file containing CSS named colors from a GitHub gist using the browser’s built-in `fetch` API. The code logs the resulting Promise object to the console, showing the asynchronous data-loading process before any parsing or rendering occurs. It relies on the native `fetch` function and a plain HTML script tag, with no additional libraries like D3 or parsing utilities yet applied.
