Smiley Face Vol.1
Four identical yellow smiley faces render in a 2x2 grid, each drawn as an SVG circle with black stroke, two eyes, and an arc-based mouth. The React components compose reusable face parts, while D3’s `arc()` generator creates the curved mouth path. The faces are positioned via SVG transforms and React’s `map()` function duplicates the same `Face` component.
