Cars Report
This example presents a text-based report of used cars, filtering and formatting a small inline dataset. The data is stored in a local ES6 module as an array of objects with make, model, year, and price fields. The code uses `d3.select` to set the text content of a DOM element, while JavaScript array methods like `filter`, `map`, and `join` generate the output. Only cars priced under $2000 are included, with each line formatted as year, make, model, and price. D3 is loaded from UNPKG within a standard HTML page.
