ILINet Flu Surveillance Data Interactive Visualization

This interactive visualization presents CDC ILINet flu surveillance data across four linked panels: a weekly time-series chart, a choropleth map, a ranked bar chart, and a multi-year line chart. Users can filter by year, state, and metric via dropdowns. Built with React and D3 v5, it uses `d3.scaleBand`, `d3.scaleLinear`, `d3.scaleOrdinal`, `d3.scaleSequential`, `d3.geoAlbersUsa`, and `d3.geoPath` to render the SVG charts, with data loaded from CSV and US Atlas TopoJSON files.

Making a Bar Chart
