This interactive multi-series line chart visualizes Ipsos MORI’s long-term Issues Index survey (1974–2014), showing how public concern over various issues has changed over time. Each issue, such as the Economy, NHS, or Immigration, is represented by a colored line plotted against date. Users can hover over the chart to highlight individual series, with tooltips displaying the exact values. The visualization uses SVG and animation to smoothly transition between highlighted series, allowing for exploration of historical trends across dozens of tracked issues. Note that the data is randomised until December 2014.
