It uses a reusable bar chart component built with D3 v3, rendered as an SVG with animated transitions. The chart displays percentage values for each voting category across the four impact levels, with bars that animate in height and rotate x-axis labels for readability. The data reveals patterns such as higher abstention rates in municipalities with high impact ("Alto") compared to those with no impact ("Ninguno"), and illustrates how voting preferences shift across impact categories. The visualization is implemented as a custom reusable chart function, `d3.svg.barchart`, which supports configurable margins, scales, and transitions.
