This visualization displays the hierarchical structure of world countries, organized by continent and subregion, as an interactive tree diagram. The D3.js visualization (v5) uses the `tree` layout algorithm with `linkHorizontal` edges to render the hierarchy as an SVG, with node labels sized inversely to their depth in the tree. The code loads country data from a JSON file, applies a `hierarchy` transformation, and supports zooming and panning via the `zoom` event, which adjusts the transform of the SVG group containing the tree.

World Countries Tree

This interactive visualization depicts the hierarchical structure of world countries, organized by continent and subregion, using a tree layout rendered as an SVG. The D3.js v5 library's `tree`, `hierarchy`, and `linkHorizontal` APIs generate the node-link diagram from a JSON data file. Text labels display each country's name, with font size varying by depth. A zooming capability, implemented via D3's `zoom` and `event` methods, allows users to pan and scale the view.

World Countries Tree

This visualization displays the hierarchical structure of world countries, organized by continent and subregion, as a horizontal tree diagram rendered as SVG. It uses a D3.js v5 tree layout to position nodes and links, with the `d3.hierarchy` and `d3.linkHorizontal` modules generating the tree paths. The data is loaded from `data.json`, and the visualization supports mouse-wheel zooming via d3's zoom transform, applying it to a group element. Text labels show country names with a font size that decreases with tree depth.

World Countries Tree

This interactive tree diagram visualizes the hierarchical structure of world countries, organized by continent and subregion. Using D3.js v5, the visualization employs a horizontal tree layout with SVG rendering. The code leverages D3's `tree`, `hierarchy`, and `linkHorizontal` APIs to compute the layout and generate connecting paths. User interaction is supported through D3's `zoom` event, which applies pan and zoom transformations to the entire group. Text labels display country names, with font size decreasing by depth level, while the data source is a JSON file containing the geographical hierarchy.

World Countries Tree

This visualization displays the hierarchical structure of world countries, organized by continent and subregion, as a horizontal tree diagram. The root node represents the data source, with branches expanding outward to reveal geographic groupings and individual countries. The code uses D3.js v5, implementing a tree layout with `d3.tree()` and `d3.hierarchy()` to process hierarchical JSON data. Nodes are rendered as SVG text elements connected by horizontal links generated with `d3.linkHorizontal()`, and the entire visualization supports pan and zoom through D3’s zoom behavior.

World Countries Tree

This interactive visualization displays the hierarchical structure of world countries, organized by continent and subregion, using a horizontal tree layout. It loads country data from a JSON file and renders it as an SVG with D3’s `tree` and `hierarchy` functions, connecting nodes with `linkHorizontal` paths. Text labels scale in font size by depth, and the entire view can be panned and zoomed via D3’s `zoom` handler applied to a group element.

World Countries Tree

This visualization presents the hierarchical structure of world countries organized by continent and subregion, displayed as a horizontal tree layout. The hierarchical data is loaded from a JSON file and rendered as an SVG using D3 v5’s `tree` layout, `hierarchy`, and `linkHorizontal` path generator. Node labels are positioned according to their depth, with font size decreasing at deeper levels, and the entire graphic supports pan and zoom via D3’s `zoom` behavior.

World Countries Tree

This visualization shows the hierarchical structure of world countries organized by continent and subregion. It uses a horizontal tree layout with D3.js v5, rendering SVG elements for both links and text labels. The code applies D3's `tree()`, `hierarchy()`, `linkHorizontal()`, and `zoom()` APIs to construct the layout and enable interactive panning and zooming. The underlying data comes from a JSON file containing nested country and region names.

World Countries Tree

This visualization displays a hierarchical tree of world countries, organized by continent and then by subregion. The tree layout uses a horizontal orientation, with country names rendered as text nodes that decrease in font size with increasing depth. The code employs D3 v5 APIs including `tree`, `hierarchy`, `linkHorizontal`, and `zoom` to construct the SVG visualization, with data loaded from a JSON file containing the regional groupings.
