Forked from Radial Tree of Countries Hierarchy

This example presents a radial tree visualization of a “Supply Chain” hierarchy, depicting a branching structure of agricultural roles and data types. The visualization uses circular, ring-like node placement with connecting curved links and labeled nodes. Panning and zooming are supported for interactive exploration. The implementation uses d3.cluster with d3.hierarchy for data structuring, d3.linkRadial for the path shapes, and SVG transforms to position circles and text labels. The code highlights the D3.js v6 API, which manages the layout and drawing within a single SVG canvas.

Fork of RADIAL TREE 2

This radial tree visualization displays the hierarchical relationships between entities in a supply chain management system, organized by stages like Preplanting, Planting, Cultivation, Harvesting, and Storage. The data originates from a CSV file containing node IDs and values. The visualization uses D3.js v4’s tree layout with radial coordinates, rendering SVG paths for links and circles for nodes. Panning and zooming interactions are supported, allowing users to explore the hierarchy. Text labels are positioned and rotated based on each node’s angular position. The code imports D3 modules `select`, `json`, `hierarchy`, `linkHorizontal`, and `zoom`.

Fork of Radial Tree of Countries Hierarchy

This radial tree visualization displays a hierarchical organization of countries grouped by continents and subregions, with each country name positioned along circular branches radiating from a central "World" node. The code uses d3.hierarchy and d3.cluster to compute the tree layout, then projects node positions into polar coordinates for the radial arrangement. SVG paths with bezier curves connect parent and child nodes, while text labels employ font sizing based on depth and rotation for smaller branches. Panning and zooming are enabled through d3.zoom, applied to an SVG group containing all links and labels.

Fork of Radial Tree of Countries Hierarchy

This radial tree visualization shows the hierarchical structure of world countries, organized by continent and subregion, with each country as a leaf node. The circle-packing layout positions nodes radially, and the code uses `d3.hierarchy` and `d3.cluster` to compute the layout, with `d3.zoom` enabling pan and zoom interactions on the SVG. Link paths are generated manually via a projection function, and text labels adjust rotation and anchor based on depth and angle, with font size scaled by depth.

Fork of Radial Tree of Countries Hierarchy

A radial tree visualization displays the hierarchical structure of countries, organized by world region and subregion. The diagram, rendered as an SVG, places the root at the center with branches extending outward. Users can pan and zoom the view. The code uses the D3.js `d3.cluster` layout to position nodes based on angle and radius. It reads the hierarchy from a JSON file and uses `d3.hierarchy` to build the tree structure. Text labels are rotated and styled according to their depth in the tree.

Fork of Radial Tree of Countries Hierarchy

This radial tree visualization displays the hierarchical structure of world countries, organized by continent and subregion. It uses a circular layout where leaf nodes representing individual countries are positioned at the outer ring, with intermediate labels for continents and regions shown with larger fonts. The visualization supports interactive panning and zooming through the `d3.zoom` API, which updates an SVG group’s transform based on user gestures. The tree layout is computed using `d3.hierarchy` and `d3.cluster`, with links drawn via cubic Bézier curves and text labels rotated to follow the radial orientation. Data comes from a local JSON file (`data.json`) containing the full country hierarchy.

Fork of Radial Tree of Countries Hierarchy

The visualization shows a radial tree of country hierarchies, with continents branching into subregions and individual countries around the center. User interaction includes panning and zooming across the SVG canvas. The code uses D3 v4’s `d3.cluster`, `d3.hierarchy`, and `d3.zoom` APIs to layout the hierarchical data, draw curved link paths, and apply text rotation based on angular position. Data comes from a JSON file containing nested continent-region-country entries.

Fork of Radial Tree of Countries Hierarchy

A radial tree shows the hierarchical organization of countries by continent and subregion, branching outward from a central "World" root. D3’s cluster layout computes angular and radial positions, while SVG paths connect parent-child nodes. Panning and zooming are enabled via d3.zoom. Node labels use hue-free teal links and font sizes scaled by depth, with text rotation applied for deep leaves. Data comes from a JSON hierarchy.

Fork of Radial Tree of Countries Hierarchy

This radial tree visualization displays a hierarchical dataset of world countries organized by continent and subregion. The graph uses curved links and rotated text labels to show the nested structure, with font size scaling by depth level. Built with D3 v4, it utilizes `d3.cluster`, `d3.hierarchy`, and `d3.zoom` for layout and interaction. Panning and zooming are enabled through the zoom module, which applies transformations to the SVG group. The data comes from a local `data.json` file containing the geographic hierarchy.
