This choropleth map visualizes world countries colored by their `mapcolor7` property, with an ordinal color scale using `d3.scaleOrdinal` and `d3.schemeSpectral`. It renders geographic boundaries via `d3.geoPath` and a `geoNaturalEarth1` projection, with data loaded from TopoJSON and TSV files using `d3.json` and `d3.tsv`.
