This example displays a static yellow circle with two smaller black-outlined circles positioned as eyes, drawn directly in SVG within an HTML page. The code uses inline CSS to remove page margins and hide overflow, while the SVG elements are explicitly defined with pixel coordinates for each circle’s center and radius. A JavaScript block logs “Hello JavaScript!” to the browser’s console, demonstrating basic script execution without any interactive behavior or data-driven rendering.
