Bar Charts

This bar chart displays the population of three countries—China, India, and the US—using horizontal bars whose widths are proportional to population values. The visualization reads data from a CSV file via `d3.csv`, converts the population strings to numbers, and renders SVG rectangles using `d3.scaleLinear` for the x-axis and `d3.scaleBand` for the categorical y-axis. D3 v6 and React are used, with bars positioned and sized through the scales’ range and bandwidth methods.

Face

A face rendered with SVG primitives shows a gold circle head with black eyes and a mouth. The code uses D3 v6 selections and shape generators, specifically `select` and `arc`, to append and style circles and a path into an SVG. The coordinate positions for each feature are computed relative to the SVG's width and height, centering the composition.
