Persons of Concern StreamGraph by Origin

A streamgraph displays the total number of persons of concern (refugees, asylum-seekers, internally displaced persons, and others) over time, grouped by country of origin, with labels placed inside each area using the `d3-area-label` library. The visualization uses D3.js v4 with an SVG rendering, applying `d3.stack` with a wiggle offset and inside-out ordering to create the stacked areas. Data comes from UNHCR Population Statistics and is interpolated across years. The chart includes hover effects that darken each area and uses `d3.scaleTime` and `d3.scaleLinear` for axes.
