This example renders a smiley face using SVG primitives within a React application. The face consists of a yellow circle with a black stroke, two circular eyes, and a mouth drawn as an arc path. The `d3.arc` API from D3 v7 generates the mouth path coordinates, while React components structure the SVG elements. The `App` component centers the graphics within a 960 by 500 pixel viewport using a translate transform.
