Cars Report
This example displays a single line of text—the first car make, "Honda"—from an embedded JSON array of five car records. The code parses the JSON string with `JSON.parse`, then accesses `cars[0].make` to select the value. The message is written into the page’s `<pre id="message-element">` element via `document.getElementById(...).textContent`. The example demonstrates local ES6 module use and loading D3 from UNPKG, though no D3 functions are invoked here.
