Smiley Part 1
A yellow circle forms the head of a smiley face, with two smaller black circles serving as eyes. The SVG rendering uses only basic shape elements: a `circle` with a yellow fill and black stroke for the face, and two additional `circle` elements for the eyes. This is the first part of a two-part visualization, leaving the mouth to be added in the next step. The static HTML file sets the SVG dimensions to 960 by 500 pixels, with the face centered at coordinates (480, 250).
