Smiley Face Part 1
A grid of 18 yellow smiley faces, each with randomly varied stroke widths, eye offsets, eye radii, mouth widths, and mouth radii, displays a playful range of facial expressions. The faces are rendered as SVG elements within a React application, using D3’s `range` to generate the repeated components and D3’s `arc` to construct each mouth path. The `Face` component composes reusable subcomponents—`BackgroundCircle`, `Eyes`, `Mouth`, and `FaceContainer`—which translate an SVG group to the center of each face.
