This example renders a simple smiley face as a static SVG graphic. The visualization shows a large yellow circle with a black outline, representing the face, and two smaller black circles for the eyes, all positioned within an 960 by 500 canvas. The code uses raw SVG elements—`<circle>` with attributes for center coordinates, radius, fill, and stroke—defined directly in an `index.html` file, with no JavaScript libraries or data sources involved.
