Smiley Face Part 1
This example shows a static smiley face rendered as three circles: two small black eyes and one large yellow face with a thick black outline. The visualization does not include a mouth or any interactive behavior. It uses raw SVG elements defined directly in an HTML file, with CSS setting the page margin to zero and hiding overflow. The circles are positioned using explicit `cx` and `cy` coordinates within a 960 by 500 viewport, and the face and eyes are styled with inline fill and stroke attributes.
