Let's make a map with D3.js!

This example demonstrates a world map rendered with D3.js using the Natural Earth projection. It displays a blue sphere backdrop with light green country polygons outlined in black, created from TopoJSON data of Moscow. The code uses `d3.geoPath` and `d3.geoNaturalEarth1` to project geographic coordinates, while `topojson.feature` extracts the geographic features from the loaded JSON file. The SVG output includes a distinct sphere path and country paths appended dynamically after the data loads.

A choropleth map of Central Java regions colors each district by its economy category. Hovering over a color legend item filters the map, highlighting regions in that category while dimming all others; clicking the same item again removes the filter. The visualization uses D3 v5 with `geoNaturalEarth1` projection, `geoPath` for rendering, and `scaleOrdinal` with `schemeSpectral` colors. It loads TopoJSON from an Indonesia atlas and merges it with TSV data from the World Atlas.
