Let's make a map with D3.js!

This example displays a map of Austrian districts using SVG paths generated from TopoJSON data. The code projects geographic coordinates with the Mercator projection and renders boundaries via `d3.geoPath`. It fetches the TopoJSON file from a remote GitHub repository, converts it to GeoJSON features using the `feature` function from topojson, and appends the resulting paths to an SVG. The visualization uses D3 v5, including d3-array and d3-geo modules, with a fixed viewport of 960 by 500 pixels.

React Starter

This example demonstrates the minimal setup for a React application rendering a centered “Hello World!” message in large text via a styled div. It shows how to integrate React with a plain HTML page by loading React and ReactDOM from a CDN and mounting the component into a root element. The code uses `ReactDOM.render` and defines a functional `App` component using JSX, with the page also referencing an external `bundle.js` file for the application logic.

HTML Starter

This example displays a centered "Hello World" message in a web browser using plain HTML and CSS. The page sets the body text to a 13em font size and aligns it to the center. Additionally, the embedded JavaScript writes a separate "Hello JavaScript!" message to the browser’s developer console, demonstrating basic client-side scripting without any external libraries.
