Practicing D3
This example demonstrates a minimal first step in using D3 version 6 by selecting an SVG element and changing its background color to red. The code directly calls `d3.select('svg')` and applies a style, while a separate `index.js` imports the `select` function using ES module syntax. The page also includes an embedded video tutorial and a README, but the visual output itself is limited to the colored SVG, with no data binding or dynamic rendering present.
