Fork of Smiley Face Part III
This example renders a minimal smiley face in an SVG canvas using React and D3. The visualization displays a single yellow circle with black outlines for the face and eyes, positioned at coordinates derived from the window dimensions. The implementation relies on React’s declarative components and D3’s `arc` API, though the current code only draws the face outline and eyes without additional interactivity. A mouse-move handler is defined but only logs events to the console. The SVG output is generated statically via React’s `ReactDOM.render` into a DOM root element.
