Fork of Polished Scatter Plot with Menus

This interactive scatter plot visualizes the Iris Dataset, allowing users to explore relationships between sepal and petal measurements by selecting which attributes appear on the x and y axes via two dropdown menus. The visualization is built with React and D3 v5, using `scaleLinear` for axes, `extent` to compute domains from the CSV data, and SVG circles for marks. Axis components render ticks and labels, while React state updates the plot when menu selections change, with tooltips showing formatted values on hover.

smiling face

A smiling face rendered as a single SVG circle appears centered on a plain HTML page. The example uses React as the framework, though the visible code directly manipulates SVG elements within an inline `<svg>` tag, setting a circle's radius and coordinates via static attributes. JavaScript logs "Hello JavaScript!" to the console, while CSS centers the layout and sets a large font size. The visualization is minimal, demonstrating basic SVG shape rendering without interactive behavior or dynamic data.
