This example demonstrates a minimal integration of React 19 and D3 v7, rendering a static text message. The App component uses a React ref and the useEffect hook to invoke D3’s select method, updating the DOM content to “Hello D3 & React.” The application is mounted via ReactDOM’s createRoot and imports both libraries as ES modules through an import map, with styling applied through a CSS class.
