Victory!
A horizontal bar chart displays the populations of ten countries, from China with over 1.4 million people to Mexico. Built with React and the Victory Charts library, the visualization uses the `csv` function from d3 to load the data from a CSV file into a React hook's state. The `VictoryChart` and `VictoryBar` components render the plot with custom tick label styling and a controlled layout.
