HTML Starter
This example shows a minimal HTML page with a single SVG circle rendered at the center of an otherwise blank canvas, alongside the text “Hello.” The code defines a basic document structure in `index.html`, links an external stylesheet in `style.css` that sets the body margin to zero, and includes an empty script block. It uses plain HTML and SVG elements—specifically a `<circle>` with a radius of 100—without any JavaScript libraries or data sources. The rendering approach relies solely on the browser’s built-in SVG support, making it a starting point for further development.
