This example displays all CSS named colors as a radial burst of pie slices, with each slice filled by its corresponding RGB hex value. The visualization loads color data from a CSV file using D3’s `csv` utility, while React manages component state and rendering via hooks like `useState` and `useEffect`. D3’s `pie` and `arc` generators compute the slice angles and SVG path geometry. React renders each slice as an SVG `<path>` element, and the app falls back to a loading message until the data arrives.
