Fork of Smiley face part 1
This fork of the Smiley face example renders a classic smiley face in SVG, composed of a yellow circle with a black stroke, two black eye circles, and a mouth arc. The visualization is built with React and D3, using D3's `arc` generator to define the mouth’s path based on inner and outer radii and start/end angles. The code sets the canvas dimensions and positions all elements relative to the center, with hardcoded offsets for the eyes and mouth. The rendering relies on React's `ReactDOM.render` to mount the SVG into the page, while D3 v6 provides the geometric computation for the arc path.
