This example shows a simple smiley face constructed from three SVG circles: a large yellow head and two smaller eyes. The face is centered in an SVG canvas, drawn with a black stroke. The code uses basic SVG elements (`circle` tags) within a manually authored `svg` markup, with inline styling for body margins and overflow. No JavaScript libraries or data sources are involved; the visualization is purely declarative HTML/SVG, as seen in the static `index.html` file.

Following mouse

A smiley face rendered as an SVG circle follows the mouse cursor within a full-window React application. The component tracks pointer movement via the `onMouseMove` event handler, logging `clientX` and `clientY` coordinates to the console, while the face itself remains stationary at the viewport center. Built with React 16.9 and ReactDOM, the visualization uses a single `<circle>` element inside an `<svg>` whose dimensions match `window.innerWidth` and `window.innerHeight`. Only the circle’s position is fixed; no actual cursor-following logic is implemented beyond the event logging.
