Smily Face Part I

Six randomly sized smiley faces render in a row, each composed of a yellow circle with a black stroke, two eyes, and a curved mouth. The faces are built with React components that assemble SVG elements, using `d3.arc` to generate the mouth path. The `range` function from d3 creates the six iterations, while `Math.random` varies each eye's radius. All faces share the same dimensions, stroke width, and mouth parameters within an SVG container.

Smily Face Part I

This example shows a static, yellow smiley face constructed from SVG shapes, with a black outline, two empty eyes, and a curved mouth. Halfway towards a smily face, it renders the face using React and D3, centering the drawing with a translated group. The code uses ReactDOM to render an SVG, while the D3 `arc` API generates the mouth’s path, with circles defined directly for the face, eyes, and outline. The drawing is centered on a 960×500 canvas, with all elements positioned relative to the center.
