This example renders a large, yellow smiley face that fills the browser window using React and D3.js. The face is composed of SVG circles for the head, eyes, and clipped irises, plus a mouth drawn with D3's `arc` generator. The code uses `d3.arc()` to create the mouth path and React's `ReactDOM.render` to draw the SVG elements, with dimensions based on `window.innerWidth` and `window.innerHeight`. The face is centered via an SVG transform, and the iris clipping paths use `clipPath` elements.

This example displays a minimal SVG smiley face: a yellow circle with a black outline and two smaller circles for eyes, rendered inside an HTML page. The visualization uses React 18 and ReactDOM 17 (loaded via UMD) to handle a console log of the ReactDOM object, while the visual itself is drawn as static SVG markup with hardcoded coordinates and radius values. The SVG scene is 960 by 500 pixels and centers the face horizontally, with no interactive or dynamic behavior present.
