Smiley Part 1
A hand-drawn style smiley face rendered as an SVG graphic. The example uses pure SVG circle elements to create a yellow head with black outline and two blank eyes, positioned on a 960 by 500 canvas. It demonstrates basic SVG shape rendering and styling through React, with no interactive or animated behavior implemented yet. The minimalist HTML page sets the body margin to zero and hides overflow for a clean display.
