Shapes and Colors with SVG and CSS
A simple SVG smiley face is drawn with yellow circle, black eyes, eyebrows, and a mouth, all centered in a 960×500 viewport. D3 v5 selections and the `d3.arc` path generator create the shapes, while CSS sets a red background. A 2-second `transition` on the eyebrow group’s `transform` attribute animates the eyebrows upward and back down. No external data is used; the visualization relies entirely on hard-coded coordinates and D3’s SVG manipulation.
