Fork of HTML Starter
This example displays a pair of black and yellow circles on a blank SVG canvas, with a large yellow circle outlined in black and a smaller black circle positioned within it. The code uses a plain HTML page with inline CSS to reset the body margins and overflow, and renders the graphic using an SVG element with fixed width and height. The circles are drawn directly with SVG `<circle>` elements, specifying their coordinates, radii, and fill and stroke colors.
