Lets make a facwe with D3.js
This example shows a blank SVG canvas with a red background, serving as the initial starting point for building a face with D3.js. The code selects the SVG element using `d3.select` and applies a red background color via `.style`. The HTML includes the D3 v7 library from a CDN and sets up a basic 960x500 SVG container. The visualization demonstrates the foundational setup phase before any facial elements are drawn, with styles controlling the page margin and overflow.
