Fork of Blank Slate with Hot Reloading
This example demonstrates a minimal “Hello World” starting point for the VizHub V3 runtime, which supports continuous hot reloading and interactive widgets. The code loads population data from a CSV file using `d3.csv` and logs it to the console, while a static SVG element is selected with `d3.select`. The visualization itself shows only an empty SVG canvas, with styling applied via external CSS.
