This example uses React and D3 v7 to render a smiling face emoji as an SVG graphic. The code defines a yellow circle for the face, two smaller black circles for eyes, and a D3 arc generator to create the mouth. Positioning is handled via SVG transform translations, with dimensions set to 960 by 500 pixels. React manages the component structure, while D3 provides the arc path calculation for the curved mouth shape.
