Users can input a hypothetical budget amount, and the visualization updates to show when funds would run out based on current registration rates, marking the depletion quarter and drawing a red budget line. Built with React and D3 v4, it renders SVG bars, axes, and grid lines from CSV data, using D3 scales and selection methods to handle dynamic updates.
