Loading and Parsing CSV Data
This example loads a CSV file of country populations using `d3.csv`, parses the population values from strings to numbers, and renders a bar chart as SVG. It shows the data after scaling populations by 1000, with countries on the y-axis and population on the x-axis, using `scaleBand` and `scaleLinear`. Axes are added with `axisLeft` and `axisBottom`, and rectangles are drawn for each bar. The code imports specific D3 v5 modules and runs entirely in the browser.
