Bar chart

This bar chart visualizes population estimates for ten countries, with a bar for each nation’s population in thousands. Rendered as an SVG element within a simple HTML page, the chart uses the D3.js library’s `csv` API to load the data from `data.csv` and parses the population values into numbers. The code reads the data asynchronously and logs it to the console, though it does not yet map the data to visual bars. The design is minimal, featuring only a title and a blank SVG canvas awaiting rendering.

Cars Report

This example demonstrates a simple text-based report of cars filtered by price, displaying each vehicle’s year, make, model, and cost in a large monospace font. It fetches a hardcoded JSON array of five car objects through a simulated asynchronous delay, then filters and formats the data using JavaScript array methods (filter, map, join) and template literals. The code relies on ES6 modules (import/export) and a Promise-based getCars function, with the final report rendered into a <pre> element via DOM manipulation.

React Starter

This example demonstrates a minimal React application that renders a static “Hello React!” message centered on the page. The code uses React and ReactDOM, with the `ReactDOM.render` method to mount the `App` component into a `#root` div. The component returns a simple JSX element styled via a CSS class, showing the basic structure for a React-based visualization shell. No data or interactive behavior is included.
