Each circle’s position maps horsepower (x-axis) and torque (y-axis), while its radius and color encode highway MPG using a linear scale and the viridis interpolator. The chart uses d3.csv to load data, d3.scaleLinear for axes and sizing, and d3.scaleOrdinal for color mapping.
