Fork of Global Coronavirus Deaths
This line chart shows the cumulative global death toll from COVID-19 over time, with a horizontal marker at 10,000 deaths and a vertical marker at the most recent date. The visualization uses React with d3.v5’s `scaleTime`, `scaleLinear`, and `line` generator to render an SVG path, while `XAxis` and marker components draw reference lines. Data comes from the Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Dataset, aggregated daily by summing deaths across all countries. The chart fills the entire browser window and updates as new data is loaded.
