Fork of Fork of Smiley Face Part II

This example renders a yellow smiley face that fills the entire browser window, with two black eyes and a yellow circular head outlined in black. It uses React to create SVG elements, calculating dimensions dynamically from `window.innerWidth` and `window.innerHeight` to center the face. The code defines `circle` components for the head and eyes, relying on React’s virtual DOM and `ReactDOM.render` to mount the visualization. The rendering approach is purely declarative, with no external data source or interaction, demonstrating a simple, responsive SVG composition.

Fork of Smiley Face Part II

This example shows a yellow smiley face rendered across the full browser window using React and SVG. The face is centered dynamically based on the viewport size, with fixed offsets for the eyes and mouth radius defined as constants. The code uses React 16.9 via UMD production builds, ReactDOM to mount the component, and SVG elements like `circle` and `g` with a `transform` for positioning.
