Smiley Face Part 1
This example shows a single yellow circle with a thick black outline, the first step toward building a smiley face. The circle is rendered as an SVG element using React and ReactDOM, with a fixed viewport size of 960 by 500 pixels. The rendering uses JSX to define the SVG `<circle>` tag, setting its center coordinates, radius, fill color, and stroke properties explicitly. No interactive behavior or additional facial features are present, as the code only includes the head of the smiley face.
