Fork of Mouse Follower
A circle follows the cursor within an SVG canvas. The example uses React's `useState` and `useCallback` to track mouse coordinates and update the circle's position. The SVG element listens for `onMouseMove` events, and the code renders the circle using ReactDOM, with a fixed radius of 30 pixels on a 960 by 500 viewport.
