HTML Starter
This example displays the text “Hello HTML” in a large, centered font on a plain web page. It loads population data from a CSV file using D3’s `csv` method, then converts the population values from thousands to absolute numbers with a `forEach` loop and console logs the result. The page’s styling is handled through a simple CSS block, while no visual rendering of the data is performed, making it a bare-bones HTML and React starter template.
