D3 Sankey

This example demonstrates a basic D3.js Sankey diagram using the v3 API, mapping flows between nodes as proportional ribbons. It renders an energy or material flow visualization using the `d3.sankey` layout, with `d3.svg.arc` and linear gradients for smooth link transitions. The code initializes the Sankey plugin and binds data via `d3.json`, though the HTML file currently contains only placeholder text, leaving the diagram unexecuted. Built with the React framework, it relies on D3’s selection and layout methods to generate the static network graph.

Javascript inside html

This example demonstrates a mix of inline JavaScript expressions and React-rendered SVG, displaying both text values and a series of circles. The code uses React 16.10 to map over hardcoded arrays, calculating squared values with a custom `sq` function and rendering magenta circles positioned by array elements. A separate `Test` component defines green circles but remains unused. The SVG output appears in a light-green page background, showcasing how JavaScript logic integrates directly into JSX.

HTML Starter

This example displays the text “Hello HTML” centered on a plain white page, styled with a large 13em font size. It demonstrates the fundamental structure of an HTML document, using a `<!DOCTYPE html>` declaration, a `<head>` section containing `<style>` rules, and a `<body>` element. The rendering is achieved entirely through native HTML and CSS, with no external libraries, JavaScript, or data sources involved. The page serves as a minimal starting point for web-based visualizations.
