This interactive sunburst chart visualizes post-high-school pathways for male and female participants, with a dropdown menu to switch between the two datasets loaded from separate JSON files. Built with D3 v4, it uses the `d3.partition` layout and `d3.arc` to render hierarchical segments, while a breadcrumb trail and hover interactions (via `mouseover` and `mouseleave`) display each path’s percentage, raw count, and explanatory text. The visualization animates transitions when switching genders, with all segments fading and highlighting ancestors on hover.
