This example displays a bar plot tracking the running total of data points per year from a CSV file, with years on the x-axis and cumulative counts on the y-axis. It loads the data using `d3.dsv` from the `d3-dsv` library, then renders the bars and axes as SVG elements appended to the page body. The code defines scales for both axes but leaves the domains and bar-bindings incomplete, as well as the file path for the CSV.
