Loading and parsing CSV Data

This example demonstrates how to fetch and display raw CSV data in the browser console using D3 v5 and the Fetch API. Smiley Face I

A grid of eighteen SVG smiley faces renders in React, with randomized eye radius and mouth width producing subtle facial variation. Each face is composed of separate React components — BackgroundCircle, Eyes, Mouth, and FaceContainer — which assemble a yellow circle with a black stroke, two black eyes, and an arc-based mouth. The mouth uses d3.arc to generate a path with specified inner and outer radii and angle ranges. All faces share identical positioning and dimensions within their own SVG containers.
